Become a Sponsor for BTWW 

Choose from one of the 5 sponsorship packages available below or contact us and partner with us in a different way.

1. Celebration Station Sponsorship is a great way to promote your business in the community!
  • Celebration Stations averaged over 100 cyclist visits per day during BTWW, providing you with potential customers who will be introduced to your business and products.
  • Celebration Stations received media coverage from a variety of sources from newspapers, to TV and radio.
  • Your logo will also appear on all our posters, the calendar of events, BTWW BC website, and PACA website
  • We will also be using social media to cover each days events to attract more cyclists and promote sponsors.
  • With your tent and banner located along major transportation routes you will receive visible coverage from commuters as well as cyclists.
Celebration Station Cost Breakdown
In-Kind Donation
  • $350 Food (breakfast food to feed 120+ cyclist)
  • $60 Supplies
  • $250 Tent (2 sm tents or 1 Lg)
  • $240 Labour/Volunteers (4 people x $15/hour x 4 hours)
  • $100 Prizes (Gift Certificate)
  • Total: $1000
2. Gold Food Sponsor:
Sponsors Provide In-Kind Donation:
  • Food to feed 150-200 cyclists
  • Drinks including coffee, tea, and water or juice
  • Supplies needed to preserve and serve the food
  • Prize Gift Certificates 
Sponsors Receive:
  • Celebration Stations averaged over 100 cyclist visits per day during the 2013 BTWW, providing you with potential customers who will be introduced to your business and products.
  • Celebration Stations received media coverage from a variety of sources from newspapers, to TV and radio and as the food provider you receive recognition as well.
  • Your logo will also appear on all our posters, the calendar of events, BTWW BC website, and PACA website
  • We will also be using social media to cover each days events to attract more cyclists and promote sponsors
  • With your banner located along a major transportation route you will receive visible coverage from commuters as well as cyclists.
3. Business Cash Sponsorships $100 - $1000

4. Small Business Silver Plus Cash Sponsor:
Sponsorship Options:
  1. Sponsors Provide a combination of $150 Cash and In-Kind Donation of the following
  • Appropriate Prize
  • Labour ($15/hour for 4 hours)
  • Loan or provide BTWW with needed supplies
Sponsor Receive:
  • Your Name will also appear on our Celebration Station “Small Businesses Make a Difference” poster
  • Celebration Stations averaged over 100 cyclist visits per day during the 2013 BTWW, providing you with Brand exposure for the week
  • Your Name will appear on the BTWW BC website and PACA website
  • We will also be using social media to cover each days events and your company will be promoted as a sponsor
5. Prize Sponsor:
Sponsor Options:
  • Gift Certificates: gift certificates are more appealing to a wider audience and they get the customer to your business where they are likely to spend more money while they are redeeming the certificate.
  • Appropriate Prize:
    • prizes that would appeal to health minded and active participants  
    • restaurant gift certificates
    • health, fitness, or spa package
    • gift basket filled with food, health supplements, sun care products, bike products, etc.
Sponsor Receive:
  • Brand exposure for the week through your name and a link to your business on the BTWW BC website as well as mention in the BTWW daily blog
  • We will also be using social media to cover each days events and your company will be promoted as a prize sponsor

Supporting BTWW is a two way street and we want to make sure our sponsors get as much out of their involvement as possible, because together we can make this a great event and a community building experience.
