Bike to Work Sunshine Coast
2012 Team Member Sign Up Sheets
Now that you’ve created a team it’s time to sign up as many team members as possible, and eventually, to track the kilometres your team rides during Bike to Work Week. Below are links to three versions of participant sign up sheets that can be used for this purpose. If you prefer you can create a google document spreadsheet where team members can log their own km’s on a central site
2012 Teams Registered So Far
With just more than 2 weeks to go, we already have 22 teams have registered. Way to go Sunshine Coast! Perhaps someone in your office has already done that, see the list below.
We're Half Way There!
Last year we had 44 teams register for our first ever Sunshine Coast Bike to Work Week. Pretty impressive given the awful weather. It was empowering to see so many cyclists out there on the road.
Time to get Training
Just over 2 weeks to get those legs into shape for the second ever Sunshine Coast Bike to Work Week starting Monday 28th May 2012.
Bike Commuter Safety Skills Workshop
Be sure to reserve a spot for the upcoming Bike Commuter Safety Skills Worskhop, hosted by LIFECycle BIke Safety & Adventure. This three hour session in Gibsons only (sorry Sechelt, you’ll be next year in 2013!) is designed to improve the skills of new and seasoned riders alike. There will be outside training session, and some hands-on road experience.
Bike to Work Week Safety Tips
Bike to Work Week is a few days away, and hopefully you’ve already signed on to a team and have the bike tuned up and ready to go. Now is the time to think about how to ensure that your ride to work next week is a safe one.
Sunshine Coast to host 2nd Bike to Work Week
2012 will be the second year that the Sunshine Coast hosts an official Bike to Work Week! Be sure to get involved by registering your workplace team. Registration is now open!
