1. So it’s been another banner year everyone!  More teams than last year and still waiting for the final results. Despite the drizzly weather it’s amazing to see the Galloping Goose used to (almost!) capacity. Lots of happy cyclists getting a good workout before and after work!

After 6 months of planning, we’ll be sad to fold up our tents for the final time this week, but I encourage you all to KEEP RIDIN’! Don’t forget about Bike to Work Day this fall!

Bike to Work Victoria would like to thank all of the participants, Team Leaders and our wonderful Staff, Volunteers and Board. My hope is that all of the NEW RIDERS that tried Biking to Work for the first time had a positive experience and that they will continue on throughout the year!

If you have any questions about the Bike Skills Courses we offer please go to biketowork.ca/victoria/workshops or email our Coordinator Marsha Petty-Johnson at marsha@biketowork.ca  Our Bike Skills Courses are funded by the CRD Traffic Safety Commission

Also, we couldn’t have done it without the support of all our Corporate Sponsors, our MEDIA Sponsors, /A\ News, The Times Colonist, Kool FM, CFAX and Monday Magazine that help us get the word out! Also  the amazing Bike Stores that support us with thousands of dollars of prizes and our many, many other prize sponsors. THANK YOU!!!

Best Wishes and Summer Breezes to come!

Christina Southern, Executive Director

2. How to Enter Results

Help us keep the event going!  We need to know how many people rode, and how far. This shows our sponsors that Bike to Work Week is a great event making a positive difference in our communities!
Need help? Here’s how to enter your results:

- Make sure you (the team leader) are logged in (you will be entering results for the whole team)
- Click on "Enter Results" (a big orange button at the top of your screen. If you don’t see it, be sure that you are logged in)
- You can enter your results each day. Your participation rate is calculated based on how many people from within your workplace or department rode each day (cyclists) compared with how many people were at work (attendees).
- Be sure to enter your team’s total kilometres each day (both ways ridden, not just one direction) This helps us calculate carbon emissions saved.
- Questions or difficulties? Contact us at email@biketowork.ca

Please get your results to us by next week- Friday, June 11th at the latest.
